title 70C/198, 70C/199-70C/231, 70C/233, 70C/235, 70C/238-70C/243 (South Auckland Registry) (but without prejudice to the rights of any lessee of those properties).
3. Mortgagee: Dorchester Finance Limited.
4. Mortgagor: Phoenician Management Limited.
5. Mortgagor's Address: First Floor, Centreway, Victoria Street, Cambridge.
6. Date of Entry into Possession: 10 July 2001.
