No. D. 403974.2 (North Auckland) situated at 5A Naghere Views, Orewa, being all that parcel of land containing 533 square metres, more or less, being Lot 27, Deposited Plan 105561 comprised in certificate of title 115B/539 (North Auckland), entered into possession of the property.
The registered office of Oriana Finance Limited is Level Fourteen, Bridgecorp House, 36 Kitchener Street, Auckland.
