Notice of Joint Venture Dissolution
Take notice that as at the 19th day of December 2000, Plusfactor Software International Joint Venture has been dissolved.
The former joint venture business is no longer trading and neither the former joint venturer, Plusfactor Software Limited, nor its principal, Harold Kingsley Light (or any other former joint venture employee), has any authority to bind BVP No. 1 Limited.
