Take notice that on the 26th day of March 2001, Bridgecorp Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage No. B. 531737.8 (South Auckland) situated at
76-80 Lake Terrace, Taupo, being all the land comprised in certificates of title 63D/65 to 63D/99 inclusive, and 63D/103 and 63D/104 (South Auckland), entered into possession of the property.
The registered office of Bridgecorp Finance Limited is Level Fourteen, Bridgecorp House, 36 Kitchener Street, Auckland.
