Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of The Game Station 2000 Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the aforementioned Act.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than Monday, the 12th day of March 2001 (being a date not less than 20 working days after this notice).
