Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to request the Registrar of Companies to remove Cambrai Limited, whose registered office is at Gosling Chapman, Level Eight, 63 Albert Street, Auckland City, from the Companies Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Unless the Registrar of Companies receives an objection to such removal within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Companies Register.
