Notice is hereby given, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
1. The liquidation of the above-named company is now complete.
2. The creditors and shareholders of the company have been advised of that fact.
3. The distribution of all available assets has been completed.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be received by the Registrar no later than the 23rd day of December 2001, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
This notice is dated the 23rd day of November 2001.
