Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that LL Properties Limited, by special resolution of shareholders under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of
the Companies Act 1993, will apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register.
The grounds are that the company has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in existence.
