Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register

I intend to remove the above-named company from the
New Zealand Register of Companies under section 336 (4) of the Companies Act 1955.
The company is being wound up and I have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.
At the expiration of 3 months from the date of this notice,
its name will be struck off the Register and it will be dissolved, unless cause is shown to the contrary.
