Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Companies From the Register
Bruce Arthur Maclean, liquidator of the above-named companies, gives notice that on the completion of his duties as liquidator, he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the companies from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act").
Objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar of Companies by Friday, the 30th day of November 2001.
