Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
DaimlerBenz AG merged with the Chrysler Corporation
in 1999. As part of the reorganisation of the merged DaimlerChrysler wholesale operations in New Zealand, DaimlerChrysler AG now proposes to remove Mercedes-Benz NZ Limited, a name protection company, from the Register of Companies.
Accordingly, take notice that it is intended to remove Mercedes-Benz NZ Limited from the New Zealand Register of Companies, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at the Companies Office, Boulcott House,
47 Boulcott Street (P.O. Box 5901), Wellington, by the 16th day of November 2001.
