Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register of Companies
The liquidators of Yew No. 63 Limited (in liquidation) hereby give notice, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, that it is intended to remove
the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the
New Zealand Register of Companies must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
