Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidation of Khandallah Medical Centre Limited has been completed and I have filed my final report on the liquidation with the Registrar of Companies along with a request that the company be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 15th day of November 2001.

Note: The restructuring of Khandallah Medical Centre by its shareholders has meant the liquidation of the old company, Khandallah Medical Centre Limited, and the formation of the new Khandallah Medical Centre 2001 Limited.
