Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
R G Hitchman Limited hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that it is to apply to be removed from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that it has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington within 20 days after the date of publication of this notice.
