Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Companies Register
Take notice that the directors of Crestfield Homes Limited propose to request the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the basis that the company
has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the publication of this notice.
