Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidator hereby gives notice that it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed a final report on the liquidation.
Any objection, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 21st day of September 2001.
