Notice is hereby given that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the above-named company, pursuant to section 318 (l) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, from the New Zealand Register.
The grounds for removal are that the company has ceased trading, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days from the date of publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
