Take notice that, by mutual decision of the directors, it has been decided to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove this company from the Register and to wind this company up.
Any person or company that objects to this action or may wish to lodge a claim against this company, must do so in writing to the said registered office of this company by the 8th day of February 2001.
