Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Carl Jensen, hereby give notice that I intend to apply
to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 165 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, Auckland, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 31st day of July 2001, the company will be removed from the Register.
