Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Prestigious Creations Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under the provisions of section 318 (1) (d), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in business.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 20th day of July 2001.
