Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, Mackay Bailey Butchard Limited, chartered accountants, hereby give notice that we intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 262 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
