Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act
1993 ("the Act"), for the removal of Haultain Downs Development Limited, whose registered office is situated
at the office of BJ Sparrow, Third Floor, ASB Building,
214 Collingwood Street, Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to
all its known creditors, has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by the 6th day of July 2001 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
