Pursuant to Section 353 (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the company intends, after the 2nd day of July 2001, to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
