Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Ian David James, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at the office of G S McLauchlan & Co, 2 Stafford Street, Dunedin, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 16th day of June 2001, the company will be removed from the Register.
