Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the New Zealand Register
BIL Asia Group Treasury Limited, at Level Twelve, Colonial Building, 117 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, and incorporated in New Zealand ("the company"), gives notice, under section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) the company intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, after the 22nd day of June 2001, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in another country; and
(b) the company proposes to become incorporated under the law in force in the British Virgin Islands.
