Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Aveiro Investments Limited, having its registered office at 169 The Terrace, Wellington, gives notice that it intends to remove itself from the Register, under section 318 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days after the date of this notice.
