Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
I, Rowan John Chapman, joint liquidator of the
above-named company, whose registered office is situated at 63 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the above-named liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 30th day of May 2001.
