Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given that we intend to apply to the Registrar, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, to have the above-named company removed from the Register.
Objections to the removal, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
