Notice of Removal of Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given by shareholders' resolutions dated the 3rd day of April 2001, that I intend to remove Big Cubs Limited from the Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993.
I am satisfied that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to removal must be delivered to the Registrar by the 17th day of May 2001.
