Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 16th day of May 2001, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Mountain Landing Properties Unlimited, the registered office of which is situated at Level Nine, 57 Fort Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
