Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993.
The grounds for removal are that the company has ceased trading and disposed of all its known assets, and distributed the net realisations to all known creditors in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland within 20 working days from the date of publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
