Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given that Wild Adventures Limited
(in liquidation), which has its registered office at Level Eight, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, has applied to be removed from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar the final report in respect of the liquidation.
Any objection to the removal should be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 26th day of April 2001.
