Notice is hereby given that it is intended to request that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland remove Turoa Leisure Limited, whose registered office is situated at 71 Riverlea Road, Whenuapai, Auckland, from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection to the removal is made to the Registrar of Companies at Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland, on or before the 8th day of February 2001, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
