Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is given that it is intended EB & RE Daggar Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at
10/13 Eban Avenue, Northcote, Auckland, be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed the final report with the Registrar as required by section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 27th day of April 2001.
