Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Coast To Coast Distributors Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 293 of the Companies Act 1955, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 296, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 30th day of March 2001.
