Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Society From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, R. Graham Worthington, liquidator, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of The Electrical Development Association of New Zealand Incorporated, whose registered office is care of Rudd, Watts & Stone,
125 The Terrace, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that The Electrical Development Association of New Zealand Incorporated has been liquidated voluntarily.
The final report and statement of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington by the 16th day of March
2001 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove The Electrical Development Association of New Zealand Incorporated from the Register.
