Notice of Intention to Remove Society From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I hereby give notice that I intend to apply for the removal of the council from the Register on the grounds that the council has ceased to carry out business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its rules and the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 9th day of March 2001.
