Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator that, in accordance with section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, Micromart Computers (NZ) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at care of Ainger Tomlin, Chartered Accountants, First Floor, 116 Riccarton Road, Christchurch, will be removed from the Register of Companies due to the completion of the liquidation.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar before the 31st day of January 2001.
