Notice of Approval of a Scheme
Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Notice is hereby given that the scheme filed in the office of the High Court at Palmerston North by the trustees of the Arohanui Hospice Service Trust varying the terms of the trust, under which the assets of the Arohanui Hospice Service Trust are held, to enable Manwatu-Wanganui Regional Council and the Palmerston North City Council to each appoint 1 trustee, together with various consequential amendments, was approved by the High Court at
Palmerston North on the 30th day of March 2001, following a hearing on the 30th day of March 2001 under proceedings No. M15/01.
