Take notice that on the 6th day of March 2001, an application for variation of the Sheehan Endowment Trust was filed in the High Court at Napier.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Monday, the 23rd day of April 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
The variation sought is the deletion of a need to appoint the following trustees:
The parish priest for the time being of St Mary's Roman Catholic Parish at Greenmeadows;
The chairman for the time being of the parish council of St Mary's Roman Catholic Parish at Greenmeadows, or his nominee;
A nominee of the Society of St Vincent de Paul National Council of New Zealand; and
A female representative of the parishioners of St Mary's Roman Catholic Parish at Greenmeadows.
The trust will continue to be administered by trustees selected as representing the parishioners of the said St Mary's Roman Catholic Parish.
The applicants are the current trustees, whose address
for service is at the offices of Willis Toomey Robinson,
116 Vautier Street (Private Bag 6018), Napier.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the applicant's solicitor.
Any person who opposes the application for variation must give written notice of their intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Napier, and to the trustees of the Sheehan Endowment Trust and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before that date.
M. J. WENLEY, Solicitor for the Applicants.
