Notice of Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Imossi House NZ Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 6th day of March 2002.
