Marconi Communications Inc (New Zealand Branch) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from the 1st day of March 2002.
The New Zealand business of Marconi Communications Inc (New Zealand Branch) has been taken over by Marconi New Zealand Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marconi Communications Inc, which has operated in
New Zealand for many years.
