Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Case Credit Wholesale Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
