Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Kaman Aerospace International gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand from the 30th day of September 2001.
At the expiry of 3 months after the date of this public
notice, Paul Kuhn and Robert Garneau, directors of the
above-named company, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland of the cessation of business and will seek removal from the Overseas Companies Register.
