New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named overseas company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, not earlier than 3 months after this notice, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
