Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Whitman's of New Zealand, Inc, a company incorporated in United States of America and having a place of business in New Zealand at 11-23 Crooks Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
