Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Manugistics Incorporated, a company incorporated in the United States of America and having a place of business at Deloitte House, 8 Nelson Street, Auckland (formerly Level Twenty, ASB Centre, 135 Albert Street, Auckland), intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
