Notice of Intention of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Holiday Inns (New Zealand) Incorporated, of Kensington Swan, Level Seven, Kensington Swan Building, 22 Fanshaw Street, Auckland, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 30th day of August 2001 (being a date not less than 3 months after the date of this notice).
