Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Intel New Zealand Corporation Limited, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States of America but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 17th day of August 2001.
