Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of
the Companies Act 1993, that PCA Hodgson Chemicals
Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business in New Zealand at Level Four,
8 Nelson Street, Auckland, intends to close the Auckland branch office.
PCA will continue future trading in conjunction with Chemcolour Industries (NZ) Limited and directly from our Australian head office.
